Here at Bolton Deli we offer a hot new twist on a classic deli sandwich. We pile on savory Dietz and Watson Corned Beef with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, 1000 Island Dressing between two thick slices of NY style Rye bread.To finish it off we give it a gentle press on the panini grill to make it hot and melty.

BLT- $4.75

Crisp and refeshing with just enough savory bacon-y goodness. We make our BLT’s on toasted sourdough bread, with fresh local tomatos and lettuce.

CAPRESE- $7.75

A sandwich for the sophisticated palette. We sourced the best ingredients for this creation. Thick fresh Foccacia from Trinaccria Delicatessen, juicy local tomatos,Bel Gioso mozzarella, and muffalatto spread- also from Trinaccria.

BUFFALO CHICKEN PANINI- $7.50

Some like it hot, and we're one of 'em. Spicy buffalo chicken, ranch dressing, red onion, sweet peppers, and pepper jack cheese all between two slices of sourdough pressed into a panini.

The Boho Bagel- from our friends at the Bohemian Coffee House, we put thin sliced prosciutto, tomato, and cream cheese on a toasted bagel. A great alternative to a bagel with Lox, it's another great beginning to your day.

One of our more robust breakfast choices, for those days when you need that extra kick in the pants. Sliced rare roast beef, thick tomato, red onion, and cream cheese on a toasted bagel of your choice.

A refreshing classic. We keep it simple with fresh chicken salad and melted swiss, lettuce and tomato, on sourdough.

CHIPOTLE PORTABELLO PANINI- $7.75

Smoky, spicy, and vegetarian. We're progressive thinkers at Bolton Deli, and believe in tasty veggie alternatives. We grill thick slices of portabello mushrooms with red onions and sweet peppers, then add our own homemade chipotle spread. Put it all between two slices of sourdough with provolone and press it on the panini press.

Named for the co-founder of Bolton Deli, this sandwich is prefect for the trusting and indecisive. Just sit back and let Nick whip something up for you. Nick's a Level 99 sandwich crafter, which means you're sure to be pleasantly surprised by what you get.
